This service can be booked for a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 12 hours. It can be booked by 1 person or maximum 5 people.

Policies
  • The fee of our customized Experience only includes the hours of the local friend’s guide. All transportation, entrance fees, lunch or other expenses of both the visitor and the local friend must be paid by the traveler.
  • If the visitor wishes to take more hours than those acquired in the initial experience, he must inform the company and pay a special fee for each extra hour.
  • We are not responsible for unexpected events (unforeseen circumstances or force majeure) that may occur, such as: robbery or loss of personal belongings.
  • Múcura Experience S.A.S. may make modifications to the contracted plan in the cases of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
  • Book at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to visitors who are intoxicated or represent a threat to the integrity of others. If as a result your tour is cancelled you will not be entitled to a refund.
