- We are not responsible for unexpected events (unforeseen circumstances or force majeure) that may occur, such as: robbery or loss of personal belongings.
- Múcura Experience S.A.S. may make modifications to the contracted plan in the cases of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
- Book at least 24 hours in advance.
- The value given only includes the transports mentioned in the description of this service (one transfer)
- This service only applies within the urban perimeter of the city.
- Each traveller is allowed to bring one hand luggage (maximum 10 kilos) and one cargo baggage (maximum 20 kilos).
- We reserve the right to refuse service to visitors who are intoxicated or represent a threat to the integrity of others. If as a result your tour is cancelled you will not be entitled to a refund.
